Perfect downtown stay! Positive: My girlfriend and I stayed at this cozy downtown Lexington apartment and loved it. The space was spotless, well-laid-out, and the bed was comfy. Reliable, high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy to keep up with business. Communication was one of the highlights. The owner sent only the info we actually needed, exactly when it was useful—no message overload. We received clear entry and basic parking and how to get into the building instructions as we left for Lexington, then a detailed parking guide on arrival (free weekday and weekend spots with an image map, paid garage options with prices, etc.). On our final day, concise checkout notes spelled out everything (“We’ll handle linens and trash; just put dishes in the sink and clear the fridge, and remove any items from the refrigerator. Please double-check for all belongings in the drawers and washer/dryer”). Thoughtful touches, great location, and seamless logistics made this stay stress-free. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re in Lexington! Negative: busy downtown was a bit noisy.

Positive: It was centrally located , secured property, very clean building and the apartment was clean, shower was good Negative: The 2nd bad which was a fold down couch was not very big or comfortable, felt the price of stay was a bit high for the size of apartment

Lovely apartment, just needed more intense cleaning Positive: Great location and living room provided more room than a hotel. Negative: It didn’t feel thoroughly clean. Finger marks on tv, kitchen handles sticky, dishwasher smelled.

Negative: Nicer towels, and more than one.
